We offer shipping domestically and internationally through ShipStation. Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight and size of the products being shipped, as well as the distance being shipped to. Carriers used inside of the U.S. include USPS and UPS. International shipping will be through USPS International or UPS Worldwide.
FREE SHIPPING: On orders that cost over $200.00 USD, a new shipping option will be available to mail the package free of charge. To take advantage of this method, type your mailing zip code into the "Calculate shipping costs" box on the My cart screen and click "View". Then, a variety of shipping method should appear below your zip code, and towards the bottom of the list an option called "USPS Free Shipping On Orders Over $200" will appear. Select this option by clicking the empty circle beside it, and then scroll down and click the "Update total" button. Now you can proceed to checkout and enjoy free shipping for your package! Keep in mind this option is only available when the total cost of items in your shopping cart is $200.00 or more.
STORE PICKUP: If you live in or are visiting the store location in Ormond Beach FL, you may choose a free in-store pickup option for your package. To do this, go to your shopping cart page and type your zip code into the and select the "Calculate shipping costs" box on the My cart screen and click "View". Then a "Pickup in Store ORMOND BEACH" option at the bottom of the list of shipping options should appear. Choose this option and then proceed to checkout. After you checkout, your items will be compiled into a sealed bag and stored behind the counter until you arrive at the store to pick it up. Tell an employee your name, and that you have a package for pickup so that they can grab it for you.
PROCESSING TIMES: An order you place will be fulfilled and shipped within 72 hours of order placement. During holidays or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling and shipping your order on time, the processing time may be delayed. Keep in mind that your shipping time as determined by your chosen shipping method does NOT include the processing time.
